I am an African American woman and I was referred to this product by a friend. I used vivisical prior to having my son and it worked wonders on my hair. My hair was its longest and fullest it has ever been. Now that I am no longer nursing I am going back to using the product. The only side-effect I have noticed is that my hair is much oilier now, definitely must wash it daily. But that’s a small price to pay. Viviscal tablets area complete waste of hard earned cash. I suspect they are nothing more than Brewers Yeast tablets, they smell, taste and look exactly the same. I saw no improvement in my hair growth or thickness at all. Jennie Bond professes to take Viviscal and says she now has luxurious locks – well I don’t believe that because if you watch her on Cash in the Attic on TV you can see from certain camera shots that her hair is very thin and is back combed and bouffed up to try and disguise her thinning crown. Do yourself a favour and keep your money in your purse

Don’t get discouraged if results not seen immediately, it is a natural product give it some time before you give up on it. This product is much cheaper on line than at the store so long term use is at least not that bad but it’s worth it. Give it a try, it cannot hurt.
I didn’t notice any improvement, you need to take THREE tablets daily, and the tablets are very large and may be difficult for some people to swallow. Also, you are informed it takes up to four months to see any difference (4 bottles of 90 tablets). There’s no guarantee this works so if it doesn’t, that’s a huge amount of wasted money. Try BIOTIN, an OTC supplement that’s inexpensive but has worked for me.
I am a big believer in checking reviews on things before I buy, and I know it is very hard to find reviews on this product on the web, so I wanted to write a quick review to let people know of my findings… I am a 30 year old male and I would guess that I have been loosing my hair for a little over 5 years. I am giving this product 4 stars, because I think by itself it is just ok, but about 4 months ago I starting using Rogaine 5% solution, and my hair is growing back unbelievably. I will continue to use both products, because I believe that NuHair helped Rogaine grow my hair back faster. I am also going to write a review for Rogaine so look for that review too.
My wife and I have been using these tablets reguarly for the last 2 months and wow do they make a difference. Our hair is shinier, skin is smooth and healthy, and our nails are stronger and healthier. I had bad discoloration on one of my toenails that has been there for 3 years now (don’t know what caused it but it wouldn’t go away) and now it is nearly gone.
